Thus far we have followed the tasks very strictly, so the actual learning and experience of working in a project hasn't yet really happened. That will change after the Christmas break as we get more freedom to work. But being a Project Manager is totally new to me, so in that sense I have been learning a lot, e.g to to delegate tasks and oversee the Project as a whole. I think I have been doing a okay job at that, but I think that this role will be set to a whole new level as we continue next year and get more freedom to manage this project. I don't have that much experience at working in a group, so that has also been a learning experience. Gamification as a term was not that familiar to me before this course, so I've learned about that as well.
Michael:
Hard to really say my personal success as of yet since we have more or less done set tasks for us, but for improvement I personally think I could be more patent and work on communication with other group members more. As of the things I have learned I would have to say that I have learned a lot more of how gamification works and what it entails.
Roosa:
Where have I succeeded in the Project?
Group working skills
What kind of challenges have I encountered?
Sometimes is hard to understand each other because language is different.
What would I do differently?
Those tasks are only there for that we are doing something and projects dont go like that
What have I learn
I cant say yet.
Yinan Li:
I'm going to figure out how can I learn more efficient in IT career. Expect for the IT, what other fields am I supposed to learn more? Try my best to adapt new group working in Diva Project.
Haris Jehangir :
I think i have learned a lot how to work and communicate with group members regarding different tasks. I Learned a bit about gamifiction and customer needs in different marketing fields while studying and exploring for different gamification solution. I believe in the coming semester i will learn more about programming and gamification. Thus far it has been a convenient and a good learning experience.
